Justice

Story and Screenplay by Joey Mhz

On the streets of present day New York, home of hip-hop and some of the world's most infamous drug dealers, Diamond, the ostentatious, well known ex drug peddler, fights his way up the streets of fame, stomping out the smaller competition to become the greatest hip hop icon of all time.

Diamond, based on his success, becomes the head of a major record label, the Diamond Music Group (DMG), and becomes one of the richest and most iconic producers around. Fame and prosperity come with a high price. As his empire rapidly grows, Diamond's biggest enemy, Nickel, emerges from the dangerous, jealousy-filled shadow that the DMG label has cast him in. Conflict and urban battle erupt rapidly throughout the city as Nickel and his crew attempt to drag Diamond back into a return to the streets which would, effec- tively, destroy his career.

Ironically, as the conflict between Diamond and Nickel ensues, record sales for DMG spiral. As a result of the tension taking place, the FBI creates the Hip Hop Surveillance Team to reestablish order on the street. The team however, recognizes that the conflict is creating a buzz resulting in “through-the-roof” record sales.

Diamond unwittingly takes in Atlas, one of the FBI agents, as his right hand man. Atlas be- comes conflicted and torn between his responsibility to the Agency and the magnetic sex appeal of the hip hop lifestyle. His principals become strained, alliances blurred, and he knows the choice of a lifetime lies ahead.

He can either be sucked into the lucrative allure and appeal of the hip hop scene, or bring JUSTICE to the powder keg situation on the street.

Written and directed by Hollywood's newest and hottest creative talent; Joey MHz, and pro- duced by Monty Ross of the Spike Lee team (Malcolm X, Crooklyn), justice features some of the biggest names in hip hop including; The Game, Fabolous, DJ Clue and MTV's Sway. JUSTICE along with its hot new soundtrack, will be aggressively marketed, and hotly antici- pated for fall of 2008.
